THE DEBANDER

 

Also called destrapper,  it’s an automatic band removal machine, duly designed to safely cut and remove the strap from the coils.

A special head is mounted on a robot in order to automatically detect, cut, remove and bring the strap to the chopper.

The debander can be part of a complete packaging system line based on: strapping machine, debander and coil marker.

THE COIL MARKER

 

 

What about coil marker? Technically it is designed  to mark the coil with some useful information.
